The Thrifty Peanut is an online AND an
in-warehouse consignee.
We specialize in books, videos, and other types of media, but
we also sell almost anything else on consignment through our
warehouse sales. We are
currently accepting items for consignment online or through our

The Thrifty Peanut Consignment Warehouse is now
accepting items for consignment… We are an ONLINE and
IN-WAREHOUSE consignment shop.
We accept just about anything you want to sell either in our
warehouse, or through our online consignment
venues.
The Thrifty Peanut offers you two ways to sell
your items on consignment!
Each item you bring to us will be evaluated carefully to
determine if it will yield more through our online consignment
program, OR through our in-warehouse consignment program. Our goal is to make the most
for you out of each item you bring to
us…
Online Consignment
Program:
We specialize in books, videos (VHS & DVD),
Video games (All platforms, All systems), Audio materials (Audio
books & music CD’s).
Though we specialize in media items for our online
consignment program, there are and will be exceptions. When your item sells in our
online program, you will receive 40% of what your item sold
for. All fees and
shipping expenses will be taken out of The Thrifty Peanut’s
60%. You will never be
responsible for listing fees, final value fees, shipping fees or any
other fees associated with the listing and selling of your items
online. The percentages
may seem like more for us and less for you, especially if you
compare us to other companies that would be willing to sale online
for you. However, it is
important when making the comparison that you understand, that you
get the FULL 40% of what your items sales for consigning with The
Thrifty Peanut. Whereas
other companies that may be offering you 60% or more will also be
charging you listing fees, final value percentage fees and/or other
fees related to listing and selling your items for you. Even if your item fails to
sell online, you are still not responsible for any listing or
surcharge fees.
Our online consignment program is a great way
to build a residual income if you continually bring items to
us. This is because
some items may take longer to sell, while others may sell within 48
hours after listing.
The bottom line is that the more items you bring to us, the
more you can expect to earn…
In-Warehouse Consignment
Program:
Not all items you bring to us can be sold
online successfully.
Items such as clothing, wares, opened toys, and other
household goods will sell better in our limited time warehouse
clearance sales. Our
warehouse sales are held at different times throughout the year, and
usually occur about twice a month. These limited time sales
last 3 days, and are heavily advertised. To see our current calendar,

Because there are no listing or selling fees
associated with selling your items through our warehouse, you will
receive a full 50% of all successful
sales.
Though our online consignment program
specializes in media type items, we accept almost anything else for
